Your data is also used to restrict access to your account, including enrollments, test scores, and financial transactions. We may also use your mailing address to send certificates and training documentation by post. We may contact you via our email newsletter with news, regulatory updates, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events which we offer that are similar to those you have purchased or inquired about, if you have opted in to our newsletter mailing.

Our company securely stores your data on our cloud services provided by Rackspace. In order to maintain your training data, we store your personal information indefinitely, not to exceed eternity.
While we take industry standard precautions regarding the safety of your personal information, no electronic transmission or storage of information over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that your personal information will be safe from hackers, oppressive governments, benevolent governments, or other prying eyes. Despite our efforts, no website, mobile application, or database system is hacker-proof or completely secure.
